Round hole pattern on one side of a part that transfers to a square hole pattern on the opposite side.

Cross section of part with converging fluid passages. The holes are angled to meet a specific distance from the part.

Turned parts. The hose barb is 2.5” across the flats; the nozzle is 2.375” long.

Custom made tooling. The tapered end mill is a 3 flute solid carbide with a 10 degree side taper. The drills are solid carbide, 0.0197” diameter for precision tolerance holes. In many cases, custom tooling can eliminate operations, allow for closer tolerances, and provide better finishes than standard tools.
