A small, straight-flute drill. We can make drills as small as .002 inch!

Turned parts. The hose barb is 2.5” across the flats; the nozzle is 2.375” long.
Custom made tooling. The tapered end mill is a 3 flute solid carbide with a 10 degree side taper. The drills are solid carbide, 0.0197” diameter for precision tolerance holes. In many cases, custom tooling can eliminate operations, allow for closer tolerances, and provide better finishes than standard tools.
Laser cut shims. The part on the left is slightly larger than a $.50 coin; the part on the right is about 4” long. The are 268 separate openings in this part!
